Best fit or Best practice? The best-fit model highlights that HR strategies and organizational strategies must be lineup. In other words, it is important to make sure the HR strategies are suitable in different circumstances along with the cultural and operational process of the organization. Therefore, according to Armstrong (2006), it is an idea that different HR strategies have to focus on a given needs of both the organization and its employees. On the other hand, this models has several limitations.
